BeneCard PBF

Facilitating a new standard in pharmacy benefits - clear, aligned, and people-first. · hiring as Benecard Services, LLC

Redefining Pharmacy Benefits from the Very Beginning

For more than four decades, our family-owned organization has challenged the status quo in pharmacy benefits. From pioneering real-time claims adjudication in the 1970s to launching BeneCard PBF in 2008, one belief has guided us throughout: pharmacy benefits should be clear, aligned, and built around people—not profits. That belief is what led us to create something different from another traditional PBM—a Prescription Benefit Facilitator (PBF). Facilitating a New Standard in Pharmacy Benefits A PBF represents a fundamentally different approach. We don’t hide behind complexity or margins. We facilitate a better experience—one defined by transparency, collaboration, and measurable outcomes. This is our commitment to a new standard in pharmacy benefits: clear in how things work, aligned in how success is measured, and people-first in every decision we make. Clarity Over Confusion The traditional PBM model thrives on opacity. We don’t. Our approach is rooted in straightforward pricing, honest communication, and full visibility into how pharmacy benefits actually perform—so clients and members can make informed decisions with confidence. Aligned Incentives, Better Outcomes As an independent, family-owned organization, our success isn’t tied to spread pricing or rebate games. It’s tied to what matters most: lower costs, healthier members, and long-term value for our clients. When outcomes improve, everyone wins. A True Partner—Not a Middleman We work side by side with our clients, designing solutions that reflect their goals, populations, and values. No one-size-fits-all formulas. No misaligned priorities. Just a collaborative model grounded in trust, service, and shared accountability. We’re not here to tweak a broken system. We’re here to redefine it—by facilitating a new, people-first standard in pharmacy benefits.
