805title is adding a dedicated Account Executive for the Beverly Hills and West LA corridor. This seat is built for someone who can operate at a high level, move with sophistication, and deliver value that agents in this market actually respect.

This isn't an entry-level territory. It rewards people who prepare, follow up without being told to, and treat every relationship like a long-term investment.

What you'll do

• Own the Beverly Hills territory and surrounding West LA corridor
• Build a book of Power Partners who send consistent title and escrow business
• Run structured daily prospecting through a daily Hour of Power and consistent agent appointments
• Represent a product suite that gives agents tools their current title rep does not have
• Track all pipeline, orders, and income in real time through LYTI

Who we want

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you found and developed your own business
• Title or real estate experience welcome but not required. Strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative background are encouraged to apply.
• Someone who presents professionally and understands that in this market, perception is part of the product
• Self-directed, coachable, and motivated entirely by commission income
