The Reality
You'll Thrive Here if...
- You managed enterprise accounts at $250K+ ARR and have reference-able relationships you built from the ground up
- Executive stakeholder management is a genuine skill of yours — you know how to run a CISO briefing that ends with an expanded relationship
- You approach renewal the same way a good AE approaches a new logo — with a strategy, a champion, and a plan for what happens if something goes sideways
- You can read a multi-stakeholder account and know who the real decision-maker is, who the blocker is, and who you haven't met yet
- You're technically fluent enough to hold product conversations with security engineers and translate what you learn back to your account strategy
The Toolkit
You'll Need to Bring...
- 5+ years of enterprise account management or strategic CS with consistent net retention and expansion results
- Experience managing accounts $250K+ ARR across complex organizations
- Executive relationship management, you've run CISO or VP-level QBRs and influenced renewal at that level
- Strong commercial instincts, you identify and close expansion without needing a dedicated overlay team

- Total compensation: $200,000 to $300,000 OTE.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision (Cigna)
- 401(k) with 3% match, 100% immediately vested, no cliff
- HSA with quarterly company contributions
- Generous time off
