💼 The Role
Account Acquisition is one of Bankjoy's key growth products, and this role sits at the center of it. Your top priority will be launching Business OAO while driving adoption and measurable ROI for our existing Consumer OAO and In-Branch OAO products, and bringing Youth Account Opening to market. You will work closely with engineering, implementation, and our credit union and bank clients to turn account opening into a reliable engine for deposit growth. You will also guide clients in filling the top of the funnel and shape product strategies that raise conversion rates across every OAO channel.
🧠 What You'll Do
- Own the launch of Business OAO, from requirements and client pilots through go-live and early adoption.
- Drive adoption and ROI for Consumer OAO and In-Branch OAO by working with clients on funnel performance, conversion rates, and deposit growth, and by turning those insights into product improvements.
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Youth Account Opening, including the compliance and user experience considerations specific to minors.
- Guide clients on filling the top of the funnel for account acquisition, and use client and funnel data to prioritize enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize roadmap work while balancing maintenance and enhancement requests across OAO and OLA.
- Partner with the implementation team to support client onboarding, launches, and product training.
- Manage integrations with core systems, identity verification and decisioning providers, and loan origination systems (LOS) as they affect account opening and loan application flows.
- Mentor and coach the product owner to ensure effective documentation, agile ceremonies, and Jira task management.
🎯 What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital onboarding.
- Experience taking a new product from concept to launch, with a track record of driving adoption and measurable business results afterward.
- Strong understanding of account opening and onboarding flows, conversion funnel optimization, and the metrics that matter (completion rate, funding rate, time to open, deposit growth).
- Familiarity with business account opening (KYB, beneficial ownership) or youth and minor account requirements is a plus.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with experience balancing competing priorities across teams.
- Familiarity with core banking integrations, loan origination systems, and decisioning engines is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
