Customer Relationship Management

Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor account performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipping, and dock-to-stock time, and partner with facility leadership to identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
