ABOUT GIFTOGRAM
At Giftogram, we believe every thank-you should feel personal — not transactional. Our platform helps businesses recognize and reward employees, customers, and partners through meaningful, flexible gift cards that create real moments of recognition.
We're the #1 rated rewards and incentives platform on G2, used by more than 22,000 businesses — including 1 in 3 Fortune 500 companies. We're growing, and we're building the team to match.
THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of Giftogram's largest and highest-potential customers. You'll build on established relationships, understand each organization's priorities, and help successful programs reach new teams, departments, and business units.
An account might start with holiday gifts in one department and grow into recurring employee recognition or customer incentive programs across the company. Your job is to find those opportunities, bring the right people together, and turn ideas into purchases and sustained growth.
This isn't a cold-start role. You're inheriting real accounts with real momentum. Your job is to grow them.
You'll carry a revenue growth target and lead account strategy and expansion — part trusted advisor, part growth driver, part internal advocate. The best people in this role don't just manage accounts — they make customers want to expand.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Grow revenue within your portfolio through proactive outreach, account planning, and multi-threaded relationships — building champions across HR, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
- Expand successful programs into new teams, locations, and use cases — including employee recognition, customer incentives, and recurring rewards — from discovery through purchase.
- Lead business reviews that connect program results to customer goals, coordinate broader program needs (billing, SSO, integrations), and identify practical next steps.
- Maintain clear account plans, opportunity pipelines, and revenue forecasts in HubSpot — and coordinate internally to resolve issues that affect customer relationships or growth.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You're growing revenue within your portfolio, retaining customer relationships and repeat spending, and increasing Giftogram's adoption across the organizations you manage. Your customers see you as someone who understands their business and brings useful ideas. Internally, your account plans and forecasts make it clear where growth will come from and what needs to happen next.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 5+ years in B2B account management, strategic sales, or customer success — with a real track record of growing existing accounts, not just renewing them. Customer Success candidates who have carried commercial responsibility are welcome.
- Experience navigating large organizations with multiple stakeholders, departments, and procurement requirements — you know how enterprise decisions get made and can build credibility from daily users to senior decision-makers.
- A consultative approach — you ask good questions, listen well, turn customer goals into practical proposals, and are comfortable creating opportunities through research and outreach within existing accounts.
- CRM discipline (we use HubSpot) and the organizational habits to manage a complex book of business without things falling through the cracks.
