What you'll do

• Seek out business development with new and existing clients.
• Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote the brand.
• Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between customer and operational staff.
• Provide market intelligence in regards to competitors and pricing strategies. Formulate business plans and strategies to meet business development targets.

What's required

• Proven business development experience in a competitive, demanding business sector.
• 5+ years in industrial services, ER, waste management, environmental services, or related fields.
• Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through .
• 2+ years of account management or project management experience
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
