We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with 5–7 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll receive mentorship and hands-on training as you grow into the role, while also being trusted to take ownership of your work, follow through without needing to be chased, and bring curiosity and a strategic mindset to your analysis.
We’re not looking for someone who simply closes the books—we want someone who can help us understand what the numbers are telling us. Someone who asks questions, digs into the “why,” identifies trends and issues, and thinks beyond the checklist.

Job Summary
The Senior Accountant prepares, analyzes, and maintains financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. This role takes a lead position in the month-end and year-end close process, applies advanced accounting knowledge to more complex and judgment-based transactions, and serves as a technical resource and mentor to Staff Accountants.
