Fluency in both languages is essential to this role. You will regularly read, write, and speak in English and Spanish with colleagues, clients, and outside parties, and you must be able to move between the two languages professionally and accurately.

- Keep shared drives, trackers, files, and records current and organized.
- Monitor open items, close loops, and flag issues early before they become problems.
- Support day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish in a prompt, professional manner.
- Translate and draft emails, documents, and other materials between English and Spanish as needed.
- Assist with research, special projects, and administrative tasks across operations, client service, and leadership functions.
