About the Role
Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of technology and business strategy, helping translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions to align business and technical teams
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet defined requirements
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and data mapping
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or data analysis is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
