  • G&A Department Spend Support — Partner with the G&A leader to support day-to-day analysis of departmental spend, including variance tracking, ad-hoc reporting, and assistance maintaining the zero-based budgeting (ZBB) process for assigned departments.
  • NRO Budgeting & Capital Forecasting — Build and maintain budgets and rolling capital forecasts for new restaurant openings, track capital spend against approved budgets by project, and partner with Development and Accounting to ensure capital tracking and reporting reflect current project timelines and costs.
