Your Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, objectives, and requirements
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements, process improvements, and solution recommendations
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications
• Facilitate communication between business units, technology teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders
• Perform gap analyses, root cause analyses, and business process evaluations to identify opportunities for optimization
• Support project planning, change management, testing activities, user acceptance testing, and implementation efforts
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and strategic priorities
• Provide leadership and mentorship on business analysis best practices and methodologies

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 15+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process improvement
• Strong experience facilitating workshops, leading discussions, and managing executive-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology and operational solutions
• Experience with business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, documentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or business process optimization methodologies
• Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis tools
• Background working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government sectors
• Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts or leading Business Analysis Centers of Excellence

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification preferred
• Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are advantageous

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $129,000–$139,000 annually or $76–$86 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
