You are someone who is constantly looking for ways to improve how we work by leveraging AI, automation, and new technologies to drive efficiency. This role requires building and maintaining stakeholder relationships while managing multiple, competing priorities.

This role will also support the annual planning process.

  • Analyze financial results and lead monthly financial performance meetings with key stakeholders, to review spend variances and forecast adjustments.
  • Partner with commercial business leaders to support demand planning.
  • Perform omni-channel gross margin analysis, identify trends, and communicate insights to drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analyses to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Advance the ways in which our team leverages AI, automation, and advocate for new ways of working to drive the effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong, cross-functional relationships across the business and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Champion of process improvement, automation, and innovation.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • A creative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into action
  • Competitive compensation including employee bonus and equity plan
  • Generous paid time off plan
  • 401k with company contribution after 6 months of employment
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
