The Financial Analyst will support the Finance and Accounting team by preparing reports, analyzing financial and operational data, and providing insights to support business decision-making. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and improve overall business performance. Prepare and distribute periodic financial and operational reports.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute periodic financial and operational reports.
  • Maintain information tracking databases, validate data integrity, and prepare

recurring reports for management.

  • Analyze expenses, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other departments to gather

required data.

  • Validate and review data for accuracy and completeness before reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational

efficiency.

  • Support ad hoc reporting requests.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across

departments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related

field.

  • 0-2 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience (internships

included).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Hybrid position; must be able to work from the office several days per week.
