We pride ourselves on our expert workmanship in all aspects of home improvement, and hold commitment to consistent, high-quality work.
This is a customer-facing, sales-collaborating role focused on managing home improvement loan accounts throughout the sales and installation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-facing or account management role, be comfortable reviewing contracts and customer information, and have experience working in CRM and business systems.
This is not a traditional accounting or financial planning role. Success in this position comes from strong account management, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with Sales and Operations teams.

Review customer contracts, loan information, transaction details, and account documentation for accuracy and completeness
Analyze customer and job-level information throughout the sales and installation lifecycle
Review and manage account information across CRM, loan, financial, and business applications

Serve as a key point of contact between Sales and internal financing/account teams, helping ensure loan and account information moves accurately through the process
Track account activity, customer financing information, and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools used to monitor account activity and performance
Translate account, financing, and operational information into clear, actionable information for Sales and Operations leaders
Communicate with internal teams and, when needed, customers to clarify account or financing-related questions
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and create a better experience for both customers and sales teams
Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer and financial information
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
- Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Experience in a sales-facing, account management, customer service, or sales support role
- Experience managing customer accounts or transactions from initiation through completion
Experience reviewing contracts, customer agreements, loan documents, or other financial/customer documentation
Experience using CRM systems and other business applications to manage customer or account information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or missing information
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working with data and using information to identify issues and drive solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow an issue through to resolution
Ability to communicate financial and account information in a way that is easy for sales and operational teams to understand
Experience in home improvement financing, consumer lending, or a similar industry is a plus
This is not an accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or P&L management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing accounts, reviewing contracts and documentation, working in CRM systems, and partnering directly with Sales and Operations.
