We are hiring an ERP Business Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. Supports the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Analyzes business requirements and processes, configures workflows, and supports the integration of client/server applications to meet organizational needs. Performs system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing to ensure ERP functionality meets business requirements. Collaborates with business and technical teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, documentation, and ongoing ERP operations.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Supports the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Analyzes business requirements and processes, configures workflows, and supports the integration of client/server applications to meet organizational needs. Performs system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing to ensure ERP functionality meets business requirements. Collaborates with business and technical teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, documentation, and ongoing ERP operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

Knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, workflow configuration, system integration, and software development life cycle practices.

Understanding of client/server applications, data validation, system testing, and ERP functionality within an organizational environment.

Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, workflows, and system solutions.

Skilled in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting ERP systems, applications, and integrations.

Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.

Ability to evaluate ERP functionality against business requirements, support upgrades and user acceptance testing, and maintain clear system documentation.

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications

Five (5) years of relevant experience

  • Relevant certification from nationally recognized technical authority.
  • 8570 Baseline IAM Level I
  • Minimum Clearance
  • Secret

Physical Requirements

Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
