In the role of Senior Finance Analyst, working in Milwaukee, WI, you’ll lead our monthly and long-range depreciation forecasts for the U.S. business and own the end-to-end capitalization process for North American projects. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering project managers and Global Business Services to shepherd each project through the asset-in-service pipeline. - Own asset-in-service capitalization — Partner with engineering project managers to complete AIS forms and work with GBS to post finished projects accurately each month.
- Maintain audit-ready controls — Safeguard fixed-asset accounting processes, align with policy, and support the Capex Manager during internal and external audits.
- Review and govern capital projects — Assess scopes, budgets, and timelines before final approval, flagging gaps and risks so only well-supported projects advance.
- Drive continuous improvement — Serve as the SME for SAP and SharePoint, expand Power BI dashboards, and streamline workflows to boost speed and accuracy.
