  • Manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to efficient, consistent workflows.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review, interpret, and extract information from documents or datasets.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, learn new processes, and work effectively with appropriate guidance.

Nice to Have

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Communications, Publishing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
