Data Analyst, Execution Marketing

Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00

This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.

Role Summary

The Data Analyst - Execution Marketing position is responsible for transforming complex, raw business data into clear, actionable insights through intuitive dashboards and self-service analytics models. They will write SQL and use Looker to design dynamic dashboards that help cross-functional teams make faster, data-driven decisions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain automated, user-friendly Looker dashboards and reports tailored to business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scalable LookML models, explores, and measures to enable self-service analytics across the organization.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Google BigQuery to aggregate, clean, and model data from multiple business sources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business questions into technical data requirements.
• Monitor dashboard performance, audit data accuracy, and ensure queries run efficiently in BigQuery to manage costs and response times.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, operational trends, and key metrics to support strategic initiatives.
• Create lightweight automated workflows using Google Apps Script to reduce manual reporting tasks.

Function Specific Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregation) with direct experience using Google BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
• Extensive knowledge of data including investigation and analysis and of data extraction and report/visualization creation.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Gsheet/Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data manipulation using functions.
• Experience in Analysis tools such as Google Workspace and/or Looker / Looker Studio.
• Capability to data model and create new data sets.
• Exposure to or knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or SQL preferred.

Required Minimum Years Experience

A minimum of three years in the shipping/logistics industry is preferred but not required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.

Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
