  • Participate in select meetings and calls to capture key takeaways, track action items, and ensure effective follow-through.
  • Anticipate the EVP's needs, exercise sound judgment, and provide proactive support across a variety of business initiatives and ad hoc projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure.
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy, with experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Comfortable bringing structure, organization, and process to an entrepreneurial, high-growth, and dynamic environment.

  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and energized by working in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Professional, polished presence with strong executive-facing capabilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including executive-level presentation development.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Expert-level calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other business productivity platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting.
