About the Role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and help drive focus, coordination, and execution across a fast-moving Go-To-Market and Sales agenda.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of a rapidly growing company, suited to someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and resourceful. You’ll work closely with the CRO while partnering across the Go-To-Market function, the CRO’s direct reports, and internal stakeholders including Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and other executive teams. You’ll also engage with external stakeholders such as customers, partners, investors, and board members, helping ensure high-stakes interactions run smoothly.
Success in this role means acting as a true partner—anticipating needs, handling confidential matters with discretion, and creating structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will enable the CRO to operate effectively across competing priorities, while strengthening communication, planning, and execution across critical Go-To-Market and revenue leadership activities.
What you'll be doing
Calendar & Prioritization
- Own a complex, fast-moving calendar with heavy internal and external stakeholder volume across multiple time zones.
- Prioritize the CRO’s time like a business operator, balancing competing demands and shifting business needs.
- Anticipate conflicts, dependencies, and time-sensitive windows before they become issues.
- Resolve scheduling challenges proactively and with minimal guidance.
Travel & Executive Operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics with precision, including visas, multi-leg itineraries, and last-minute pivots.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the office of the CRO.
- Track budgets related to the CRO office with strong attention to detail.
Communication & Meeting Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point for meeting scheduling
- Prepare agendas for recurring and ad hoc meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, customer meetings, partner meetings, and investor briefings.
- Take notes and track action items to support follow-through and accountability.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline departmental workflow and cross-functional communications.
KPIs
- Complex calendar management across multiple time zones and GTM stakeholders
- Timely coordination of domestic and international travel logistics
- Accurate expense reporting and budget tracking for the office of the CRO
About You

- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and without error
- Absolute discretion in handling sensitive financial, corporate, and personnel information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently
- Executive presence and confidence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders
- Outstanding attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and a high degree of personal accountability
