About Nordic Health Group
Nordic Health Group is Europe's largest network of dedicated vein clinics, with 60+ clinics across Scandinavia, the Netherlands and the UK. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality and medically sound vein care in a modern outpatient setting. With strong clinical foundations and a network that keeps growing, we are bringing modern vein care to more patients across all five markets.
About the role
We are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Project Manager to support our Group Director for Clinical & Operational Excellence in building our operational platform and clinical workflows across five markets, so that we deliver the highest-quality care to our patients. You will combine high-level executive support with hands-on management of the Director's project portfolio.
What you will do
- Run the Director's portfolio of five strategic initiatives across clinical and operational domains, break them into milestones and deliverables, and track progress weekly and report monthly
- Manage projects independently to keep the Director out of day-to-day detail, resolve complexity proactively and escalate strategic decisions
- Maintain a current one-page project dashboard at all times
- Manage the Director's inbox, calendar and travel, prepare materials and agendas, and be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain SharePoint documentation and governance processes
- Support the implementation of procedural updates across all NHG locations and our Academy, and make sure approved SOP changes are swiftly adopted
- Keep an up-to-date overview of clinical resources, learning pathways and annual compliance calendars, follow up on deadlines and escalate anything outside the norm
What you bring
- 3–6 years as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or equivalent in a fast-paced healthcare or multi-site organisation
- Fluent English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus
- Expert proficiency in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and project management tools
- Strong AI literacy and willingness to adopt AI-native tools for efficiency and automation
- Excellent judgment, discretion and confidentiality when representing the Director
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive and diplomatic, comfortable protecting the Director's time by managing requests, flagging conflicting priorities and escalating decisions
- The ability to break down complexity into simple, practical solutions that create value for our clinical staff and patients
What we offer
- Close collaboration with a Group Director and the chance to shape how a growing European healthcare group operates
- A role across five markets with real ownership of projects
- A competitive package
