This dedicated role combines executive support, business operations, and project coordination, with hands-on use of AI and emerging technology.

What you’ll do

Own the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling; coordinate travel, itineraries, expenses, and reimbursements.

Connect the CEO with employees, clients, and professional partners; track decisions, deadlines, and action items to keep projects moving.

Use AI and productivity tools to research, draft communications, organize information, and improve workflows while protecting confidential information.

Handle sensitive business, employee, and personal information with discretion; support personal scheduling, projects, and occasional errands.

What you bring

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in executive support, business operations, or business ownership, including at least 5 years directly supporting a CEO.

Strong business judgment, initiative, and follow-through, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities independently.

Hands-on experience using AI platforms and automation tools in daily work, plus proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and task-management tools.

Clear communication, proven discretion, and the composure to navigate changing priorities and respond constructively to direct feedback.

Financial services, wealth management, or registered investment adviser (RIA) experience preferred; business ownership or operational leadership experience is a strong plus.

Why join Oak Harvest

Work directly with the CEO and see how your contributions move business priorities forward. You’ll collaborate across teams, take ownership of meaningful projects, and put technology to practical use, with opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth.
