Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and dependable Executive Assistant to join the Office of the President and work closely with our Executive Vice President and President.

This is a high-trust role for someone who excels at executive administrative support, demonstrates strong judgment, and is interested in developing broader executive operations and business support capabilities over time.

You will manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, logistics, expenses, communications, and the countless details required to keep a busy executive office running smoothly. You will also help track projects, coordinate across the organization, gather information, follow up with senior leaders, and ensure important priorities move forward.

While experience supporting family-owned businesses, investments, or family-office operations is beneficial, it is not required. The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop knowledge and experience in these areas as they grow within the position.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with senior executives, employees, advisors, vendors, and outside partners.
  • Track projects, commitments, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure priorities move forward.
  • Prepare materials, reports, and information for executive meetings and decisions.
  • Handle expenses, reservations, events, and occasional personal logistics.
  • Anticipate executive needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for special projects across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes that improve the efficiency of the executive office.
  • Gradually expand responsibilities into broader business, executive operations, and family-office activities as knowledge, experience, and capabilities develop.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience providing administrative or executive support in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable supporting both routine administrative responsibilities and more complex executive priorities.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and receptive to feedback in a fast-paced executive environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new responsibilities.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach with high standards of professionalism and accountability.

Above all, we value someone who is reliable, trustworthy, eager to learn, and committed to supporting the success of the executive leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
  • Experience coordinating projects or working across multiple departments or business functions.
  • Familiarity with family-owned businesses, family-office operations, investments, or outside business partnerships.
  • Experience supporting executive operations or complex business initiatives.

Prior family-business or family-office experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop knowledge in these areas will be provided as responsibilities evolve.

What Makes This Role Different

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to a broad range of organizational initiatives, business decisions, projects, and outside relationships.

The position will initially focus on delivering exceptional executive administrative support, maintaining organization within the Office of the President, and ensuring day-to-day priorities are managed effectively.

As the successful candidate develops familiarity with the organization, leadership expectations, and broader business activities, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities involving special projects, executive operations, investments, outside partnerships, and family-office coordination.

We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career, developing new capabilities, and growing professionally as opportunities arise.

Potential future career paths may include:

  • Senior Executive Assistant
  • Executive Operations
  • Director, Office of the President
  • Chief of Staff
  • Special Projects or Family Office Leadership

Career advancement and expanded responsibilities will be based on demonstrated performance, capabilities, organizational needs, and available opportunities.

ECPI University is dedicated to maintaining an inclusive and diverse work environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
