We use a unique technique of roasting bones before boiling, inspired by the French consommé method, to create a broth rich in depth and aroma. Each Kizuki location is designed by our Japanese team to capture the feel of a true ramen shop — open kitchens, warm service, and thoughtful details that make every guest feel at home. Now expanding across the United States, we continue to share the craft and spirit of Japanese ramen with the world — one bowl at a time. --- Supreme Dumplings Supreme Dumplings is your destination for authentic, handcrafted Xiao Long Bao and other small bites of happiness. Each dumpling is made with tender dough and juicy pork filling, a balance that turns a simple dish into something extraordinary.
