JOB DESCRIPTION

- As a Human Resources Generalist, you serve as a trusted partner to employees and
- managers by supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including
- employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, leave
- management, and regulatory compliance. This role provides guidance on workplace
- policies and employment practices, conducts employee investigations, assists
- with corrective action and performance documentation, and helps ensure
- compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The HR Generalist
- plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting
- organizational objectives, and delivering responsive, professional HR services
- to employees of the organization.

- Work Site Locations: Tulsa, OK based, providing HR support and oversight for
Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Pryor, and Stillwater operations.
- Auto-Allowance: $500.00 / monthly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities as a Human Resources Generalist - Oklahoma
Candidate Management
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and fill open
positions.
- Conduct candidate screening, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
activities.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention
initiatives.
Employee Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations
matters.
- Conduct confidential workplace investigations involving complaints,
- misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, and
- other workplace concerns.
- Prepare investigation summaries, findings, recommendations, and corrective
action documentation.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and assist leaders with proactively addressing
workplace issues.
- Support performance management processes, including coaching, counseling,
disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general benefits
inquiries.
- Administer and track leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA accommodations,
personal leave, and workers' compensation-related absences.
- Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and organizational
updates.
- Develop and deliver employee and leadership training programs.
- Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company
policies.
- Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization.
- Conduct audits of personnel files, I-9 documentation, employee records, and
HR processes.
- Assist with unemployment claims, workers' compensation matters,
accommodations, leave administration, and agency responses.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation.
- Support HRIS maintenance, reporting, and data integrity.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support special HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United states
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by acceptable laws and
contractual requirements.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business
Administration, or related field preferred.
- A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company
vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, human resources
environment.
- Strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and
employment law compliance.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration,
and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with
professionalism and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, interviewing, and documentation
skills.
- Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

- Maintains composure and professionalism in all interactions.
- Provides excellent customer service to employees, applicants, and branch
staff.
- Proficient with HRIS/ATS platforms, ensuring accurate records, clean data,
and compliant workflows.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and employees.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in records, scheduling, reporting, and
inventory management.
- Able to manage high-volume tasks and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced
environment.
