What You Will Do

As an Sr. HR Business Partner you will:

• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding work-related problems and employee relations issues and escalate to HR Manager as necessary
• Complete all transactional processes to ensure all employee actions are completed timely and accurately
• Escalate work-related problems and employee relations issues to HR Manager
• Provide analysis of current practices and suggestions for improvement when necessary for any of the above areas of responsibilities
• Under limited supervision, support the business in one, or more, of the following human resources related responsibilities:
• Benefits and benefit administration
• Leave of absence administration
• Compensation
• HRIS
• Onboarding & Orientation
• Relocation
• Training
• Terminations
• Worker’s compensation
• Safety/OSHA
• Performance management
• Human Resources related projects
• Other tasks under the Human Resources scope

What You WIll Bring

Your background and experience should include:

• Previous experience in a Human Resources role (2+ years)
• Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent (B.A. or B.S.)
• Background in employee relations strongly preferred, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
