  • Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Store Operations teams, helping
  • drive talent strategies, strengthen leadership capability, and create an

  • In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leaders and HR Generalists,
  • helping to develop talent, elevate team performance, enhance engagement, and
  • support strategic business growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic
  • consultant, and change champion, ensuring our stores have the people,
  • leadership, and culture needed to deliver results today and into the future. If

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Store Operations leaders and HR Generalists to align people

strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management,

workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Coach and develop leaders and HR Generalists to strengthen leadership

capability, accountability, and team performance.

  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning,

retention strategies, and leadership development.

  • Analyze workforce and engagement data to identify trends, recommend

solutions, and improve the team member experience.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total
  • Rewards, and Learning & Development, to deliver effective HR programs and
  • solutions.
  • Champion Casey's culture and CARES values while leading change management and

employee engagement initiatives across the field.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best

practices while helping leaders navigate people matters.

  • Compensation: Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$99,900 - $139,000.‏‏‎ Actual pay may vary
  • based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities
  • (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors
  • impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position
  • is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual
  • equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range
  • for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members
  • the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Business Partner,

Employee Relations, or related role.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to solve complex people and

business challenges.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management

principles.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the physical ability to drive

a vehicle for job related travel.

Preferred

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, field-based, retail, operations, or

corporate business groups.

  • Experience leading organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.
