ABOUT THE ROLE

The Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the Human Resources Department. The HRBP Coordinator will demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in handling all HR matters.

Essential Functions

Assist HRBP Associate with processing employee status changes/personnel transactions; maintain required records

  • Answer basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings
  • Perform employee data audits (system entries)

Ensure personnel file compliance

Assist HRBP team with projects, research, reporting, and general administrative duties as needed

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of forms or documents
  • Compile reports for management review

Perform accurate and timely data entry

  • Collaborate with HRBP Associate and local management for annual service award program
  • Facilitate department event planning

Regular and predictable attendance

Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy, and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards

Other duties as assigned

Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a Human Resources or administrative role
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Advanced administrative skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Compensation & Benefits

Salary $37,772-$70,149 / year

Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
