This is an opportunity to help build it. From recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives, you'll play a critical role in supporting our people and driving our continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained experience across the daily functions of HR and is eager to take ownership of the role, partner with leadership, and help build processes, culture, and people programs that support a small but growing company.

Some of the duties include

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.

Partnering with leaders on recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and new hire integration.

Administering benefits, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and other employee programs.

Supporting payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of employee records and HR systems.

Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company culture activities.

  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Promote and support a culture of safety by assisting with workplace safety programs, maintaining OSHA and regulatory compliance records, coordinating safety training, and partnering with managers to address and prevent workplace hazards.

Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture by partnering with leaders and employees to promote collaboration, recognition, communication, employee well-being, and initiatives that strengthen team morale and organizational values.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with payroll systems, Bamboo experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Work Schedule

This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday with standard daytime hours (some flexibility)
