This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day HR function at CBK. Our HR Generalist works directly with employees and managers across the bank and is the go-to resource for everything from payroll and benefits to recruiting, onboarding and employee relations. We are looking for someone with broad HR experience who can manage the day-to-day details, use good judgment, build strong relationships and genuinely enjoys helping people. What You Will Do Own the day-to-day HR workflow and serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers Process payroll and manage payroll-related administration and reporting Administer employee benefits and assist teammates with benefit questions, enrollment and changes Manage recruiting from job posting through candidate communication, interviews and hiring Coordinate onboarding and help create a great experience for new teammates Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management and other employee matters Maintain employee records, HR documentation and required reporting Coordinate employee changes, leaves, departures and other employment-related processes Help ensure HR practices, policies and processes are consistent and compliant Work closely with leadership on HR needs and priorities across the bank Be a trusted, approachable resource and a great representative of Team CBK What We Are Looking For At least three years of broad, hands-on Human Resources experience Experience independently managing HR workflows and priorities Payroll experience required Experience with benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding and employee relations Strong communication, organization and follow-through Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Confidence working directly with employees, managers and leadership Someone who is approachable, dependable, flexible and willing to jump in where needed Paycom experience is a plus SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred This is an important role at CBK and one that touches every part of our organization.
