As a growing technology solutions company, we rely on talented, dedicated teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. Behind every successful team is a strong HR partner who helps create an environment where employees can thrive.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people, energized by problem-solving, and committed to building an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you’ll play an important part in the employee journey—from onboarding and benefits to employee relations, performance management, and offboarding—while helping ensure our HR practices remain compliant, consistent, and effective.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, balancing day-to-day responsibilities with meaningful projects, and partnering with employees and leaders across the organization.

If you’re organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a key member of the HR team, you’ll help keep our people processes running smoothly while supporting a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Employee Experience & Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, answering questions and providing guidance on HR policies, workplace concerns, and employment matters.
  • Partner with HR leadership to document employee relations issues, support performance management, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives that celebrate contributions and strengthen engagement.
  • Support performance review cycles, goal-setting, performance documentation, and manager follow-up.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, helping employees feel prepared, informed, and connected from day one.

Benefits, Leave & Wellness Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other insured benefits.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, vendor communications, invoice reviews, and enrollment audits to help ensure accuracy.
  • Lead open enrollment activities, including employee communications, presentations, and onsite support for new partnership companies.
  • Conduct new hire benefits orientations and assist current and former employees with benefits questions, including COBRA.
  • Coordinate leave of absence and accommodation requests, including FMLA, short-term disability, and ADA-related processes, in partnership with HR leadership and external vendors.
  • Track leave timelines, workers’ compensation-related absences, and required documentation to ensure records are accurate and deadlines are met.

Compliance, Policies & Employment Practices

  • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Monitor employment law updates, including requirements related to leave, final pay, employee notices, and workplace postings, escalating changes to HR leadership as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential personnel records, including employment documentation, performance reviews, I-9 records, DOT-related records, and restricted medical records.
  • Support government and regulatory audits, EEOC reporting, EEO-1 recordkeeping, and required employee notices and filings.
  • Process employee data changes in the HRIS, maintain data integrity, and partner with the HRIS Analyst to resolve discrepancies.
  • Help maintain the employee handbook, state-specific addenda, HR policies, and employee acknowledgment records.
  • Support compensation administration, job classifications, exempt/non-exempt reviews, and wage-and-hour compliance.

Payroll, Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Serve as the primary HR liaison for payroll processing, maintaining payroll summaries and verifying time and attendance, new hires, terminations, compensation changes, status changes, and benefit deductions.
  • Ensure employee transactions and payroll information are accurate, complete, and submitted by established deadlines.
  • Coordinate employee separations, including termination documentation, HRIS updates, final pay and PTO coordination, and benefits notifications.
  • Partner with IT and other internal teams to coordinate equipment returns and system access removal during offboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, document findings, and escalate concerns or potential corrective action when appropriate.
  • Respond to unemployment claims and information requests within required state deadlines, supporting appeals when necessary.

HR Operations, Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the HR shared inbox, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to employee and manager inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development activities, maintain training records, and support compliance education.
  • Assist with HR projects focused on employee engagement, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Support acquisitions, new partnership integrations, and related HR initiatives as the business grows.
  • Help develop and communicate HR procedures that promote consistency, accountability, and a positive employee experience.
