Description:
A OneStream Solutions Consultant serves as the bridge between Finance and IT, leading the design, configuration, integration, and support of OneStream solutions. The role combines deep Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Consolidation, and Reporting expertise with strong technical knowledge of OneStream architecture, integrations, data management, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Functional
- Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Reporting teams.
- Design and configure:
- Financial Consolidation
- Planning and Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Account Reconciliations
- Financial Reporting
- Cash Flow Reporting
- Assist in metadata maintenance.
- Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
- Provide user training and business process guidance.
Technical
- Configure OneStream application workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and support:
- Data Management processes
- Data Quality rules
- Transformation rules
- Cube Views
- Dashboards
- XF Business Rules
- Maintain integrations with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- Data warehouses
- Flat files
- APIs/OData services
- Troubleshoot performance and data issues.
- Support security roles and governance.
Project Delivery
- Participate in solution development workshops.
- Lead SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, SAP, Infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Support post-production stabilization.
