As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll own the most important phase of a client's journey: turning a signed contract into a successful trading operation. You'll work directly with hedge funds, asset managers, traders, operations teams, compliance officers, custodians, and brokers to design and launch workflows that power millions of dollars in daily trading activity.

This role sits at the center of our business. You'll partner with Product, Development, Support, Sales, and Executive Leadership while acting as the primary owner of client outcomes.

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll help hedge funds and asset managers transform how they trade, manage risk, and operate their businesses. You'll own client onboarding from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary driver of successful outcomes and long-term client success.

This role sits at the intersection of clients, technology, and business strategy. You'll work directly with traders, operations teams, compliance professionals, brokers, and custodians while partnering internally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Configure trading workflows, connectivity, compliance rules, and user environments.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and third-party technology providers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Influence product direction through direct client feedback and industry insights.

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in implementations, consulting, client success, fintech, capital markets, or related fields.
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Interest in financial markets, investment management, and trading technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment.

Preferred

• Experience with OMS, EMS, PMS, or other financial technology platforms.
• SQL, Python, or database experience.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and electronic trading workflows.

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.

The budgeted amount range for this position in New York is $96,000 -$120,000
