Accounting Software Implementation Specialist

Premier Global Links, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Customer Success Manager on behalf of a growing software company specializing in AI-powered accounting and financial close management solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer relationship skills with practical accounting, bookkeeping, or SaaS experience. You will help customers onboard successfully, adopt product features, achieve measurable results, and identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, product training, technical setup, and implementation.
• Conduct customer check-ins, working sessions, training calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term retention.
• Identify customer risks and collaborate with Account Executives to address renewal concerns.
• Support existing customers, respond to inquiries, and identify account expansion opportunities.
• Create customer education materials, including video tutorials, user guides, and email resources.
• Document customer success best practices and improve onboarding and engagement processes.
• Partner with internal teams to reduce customer friction and improve the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing customer onboarding, training, implementation, or account relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize competing needs.
• Interest in accounting technology, SaaS products, and AI-powered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage SaaS startup, accounting firm, or bookkeeping firm.
• Hands-on knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping workflows, such as month-end close, bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger, or financial statements.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
• Experience with customer success, account management, software implementation, or customer training.
• CPA, accounting or finance education, or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
• Interest in AI automation and technology-enabled accounting workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000–$110,000.
• Approximately $10,000 in variable compensation.

Work Authorization

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the applicable country. Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available.
