Management companies use CINC to run the business and the work across management, accounting, operations, communications and community administration. Boards and residents engage through branded experiences delivered by CINC Connect. Cephai is the AI engine inside CINC, powering intelligence across the platform. What makes CINC different is Community Intelligence℠: the advantage created when trusted community information and actions work together across CINC. Rather than treating every request, conversation, payment or decision as an isolated task, CINC brings relevant community context into the work, helps move the next step forward, and keep people in control. For management company leaders, that means greater capacity and a stronger operating model. For community association managers and finance teams, less repetitive work and more room for judgment. For boards, greater visibility and confidence. For residents, an easier way to get answers, participate and take care of everyday community needs. Because modern community management does not need more disconnected tools. It needs more technology that makes the entire operation work better together. Less tedious. More meaningful.
