We bring AI to the systems and people that actually run a plant, embedded in ERP, embedded in the workflow, embedded at the point of decision. Because we believe Systems of Record are not enough. The mid-market manufacturers building the real economy need Systems of Action: technology that senses what's changing, decides what matters, and helps frontline teams act before disruption compounds. Three core pillars make that possible: QAD Adaptive ERP — a modern, cloud-native operational backbone built for manufacturers, not retrofitted from generic enterprise software. Redzone Connected Workforce — the platform that amplifies the people on the floor, turning every shift into a decision-making team and every operator into a continuous-improvement engine. ChampionAI — purpose-built agents embedded directly inside the workflows that drive throughput, margin, and working capital. Mid-market leaders in automotive, industrial, food & beverage, life sciences, and consumer products trust QAD | Redzone to modernize without missing a production day. Speed is the new resilience. In a market where complexity arrives all at once — across labor, supply chains, margins, geopolitics, and technology — the manufacturers who win are the ones with the shortest distance between signal and action. Amplify your workforce. Modernize your ERP. Operate at the speed the real economy demands. Learn more at qad.com. Job Description

Manufacturing is transforming, and frontline teams need better tools—we’re hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Redzone (by QAD) to build pipeline that directly drives that shift. You will own regional field marketing programs that create and accelerate pipeline in manufacturing. You will work directly with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Customer Marketing to plan, run, and measure events and campaigns that move accounts forward. You share the number with Sales and can show what worked and what didn’t.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run regional field plans tied to pipeline and revenue goals, in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Plan and execute events end to end: trade shows, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and plant tours
  • Align with Sales on target accounts, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up so every event has a clear path to pipeline
  • Work with Product Marketing and Digital so field programs carry the right message and are supported by paid, email, and web
  • Use AI to move faster and smarter: account research, targeting, personalization, follow-up, and program analysis
  • Report on channel performance with rigor, focused on sourced and influenced pipeline rather than attendance or badge scans
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines
  • Bring customer and field insights back to the broader marketing team

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B field marketing with events and programs that produced measurable pipeline
  • Real understanding of manufacturing: plant floor teams and the operations, quality, and maintenance buyers who make decisions
  • Hands-on event experience, from strategy and budget to logistics and on-site execution
  • A habit of working across teams without waiting for permission or process
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with examples of how you have built it into your work
  • Fluency with Salesforce and marketing automation; comfort with attribution and funnel metrics
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including with executives
  • Must be willing to travel 30% of the time

What Success Looks Like

  • Regional pipeline targets met or exceeded for the region
  • Flawless execution at tradeshows at events
  • Faster, leaner execution because of how you use AI
  • Trusted working relationships with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital

Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrial tech, SaaS, or connected worker software
  • Experience marketing to frontline and operations audiences
  • Background in a lean marketing team supported by agencies

Additional Information

Compensation Package

  • Base pay range: $110,000 - $135,000 (12 Months) base salary
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
  • This role is eligible for the Marketing Bonus Plan.
  • U.S. benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid-time off, parental leave, flexible spending accounts and employee assistance program.
