Why this job exists
Birdeye builds AI coworkers for multi-location brands. Jay runs marketing, Myna runs operations, and Robin runs customer experience. Each orchestrates agents to Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, and Drive Consistent CX at every location.
A bank branch, a car dealership, a wellness studio, a storage facility, and a franchise location do different jobs for different customers. They buy for different reasons. One generic story wins none of them.
Product marketing sits at the center of how Birdeye builds and ships coworkers. Our product PMMs own what each coworker does. This role owns why it matters in each industry: the problem, the buyer, the proof, and the plan to win the segment.
What you'll own
- The narrative for every industry. Positioning and messaging for financial institutions, automotive, wellness, property management, self-storage, franchises, and the industries we enter next. Each gets its own problem, buyer, and proof, written against the company narrative.
- Industry targets. Own pipeline and revenue targets by industry with Sales and Demand Gen. Decide where to go deep, and say where not to.
- Industry content in every channel. Industry pages on birdeye.com, ads, blogs, and campaigns. Every asset speaks the buyer's language, not ours.
- Enterprise events. Own Birdeye's enterprise event program: where we show up, what we say, and the pipeline it produces.
- The buying committee. Map who buys in each industry, from corporate marketing to operations, franchise development, and compliance, and what each needs to hear.
- Industry insight. Competitive intelligence, win/loss, and market research by industry, fed back to product marketing and Product.
- Field readiness. Industry talk tracks, discovery questions, and ROI framing for enterprise AEs and solution engineers. Partner with sales enablement on delivery.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in B2B product or industry marketing, ideally across more than one vertical.
- You've built a segment strategy and carried a number for it.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS. Financial services, automotive, franchise, or property management experience is a strong plus.
- You learn an industry fast: its economics, its buyers, and its words.
- You write. Short sentences, strong verbs. Clarity comes from simplicity. We'll ask for a sample.
- You've run events and campaigns and can show the pipeline they produced.
- Comfortable with numbers and honest about them.
- Hands-on with AI agents in your own work.
- Bonus: franchise systems, regulated industries such as banking, or multi-location marketing at scale.
