We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and transformation-oriented eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead worldwide strategy and planning for the eCommerce Devices business. The role connects long-range strategy with operating execution across Surface Consumer, Surface Commercial, and Gaming Hardware—integrating product sales plans, supply and demand signals, pricing, portfolio choices, and financial performance. This lead will strengthen Plan of Record accuracy, and build scalable processes, capabilities, and AI-enabled workflows that improve growth, profitability, decision speed, and accountability. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities eCommerce Business Transformation
Shape and execute the eCommerce Devices transformation roadmap across process, systems, people, governance, and AI-enabled workflows.
Simplify operating rhythms, clarify decision rights, reduce manual work, and establish scalable planning standards across worldwide and regional teams. Product Sales Planning
Own the integrated product sales planning framework for Surface Consumer, Surface Commercial, and Gaming Hardware.
Integrate supply, demand, channel, assortment, lifecycle, and pricing inputs into a coherent worldwide eCommerce Devices sales plan.
Improve Plan of Record accuracy by surfacing assumptions, gaps, risks, and opportunities early and keeping plans current as market and supply conditions change. Unit Economics & Gross Margin Management
Lead unit-economics and gross-margin planning across device categories, markets, channels, and customer segments.
Evaluate pricing, mix, cost, inventory, promotions, attach, and investment trade-offs to improve profitable growth.
Build scenarios, financial guardrails, and performance insights that identify risks, upside, and corrective actions early. Product Insights & Evangelism
Build product understanding and excitement across eCommerce teams through clear narratives, launch readiness, and field enablement.
Develop long-range strategies and priorities for the worldwide eCommerce Devices business, grounded in customer, competitive, market, and financial insights.
Establish a common performance narrative and translate complex data into clear executive recommendations, decisions, and trade-offs.
Apply AI and automation to scenario modeling, insight generation, exception management, and recurring planning workflows.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years experience in retail, customer service, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in retail, customer service, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, category management, finance, operations, or transformation roles.
Demonstrated experience connecting strategy to execution in a complex, global, cross-functional organization.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, including forecasting, scenario modeling, pricing, unit economics, and gross-margin management.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions without direct authority.
Experience using AI, automation, and modern data tools to improve planning quality, speed, and scalability.
Devices, hardware, consumer technology, channel, or supply-and-demand planning experience preferred.
eCommerce IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
