Overview
Microsoft Power Platform is a significant growth business spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and the broader platform portfolio. Accelerating that business requires a dedicated leader who can connect commercial strategy to field execution, help sellers advance priority deals, and drive disciplined action against pipeline and revenue goals.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead field go-to-market and revenue acceleration for Power Platform. This role is focused on turning business priorities into executable sales motions, strengthening pipeline, advancing strategic opportunities, and helping Microsoft’s field and partner ecosystem deliver revenue attainment across the full portfolio. Power Apps will be a major component of the role, but the scope spans Power Platform as a whole.
You will work closely with Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) sales and go-to-market leaders, sellers, finance, business planning, engineering, central product marketing, customer success, and partners. You will bring together business performance, pipeline data, deal insight, seller feedback, and market signals to determine where intervention is needed and mobilize the right teams around clear actions.
Responsibilities
- Own the field go-to-market and revenue acceleration strategy for the full Power Platform portfolio, translating business goals into prioritized sales motions, target customers, execution plans, and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Partner closely with sales and go-to-market leaders, specialist teams, account teams, and sellers to identify revenue opportunities, understand execution gaps, and drive the actions required to improve attainment.
- Lead pipeline strategy and inspection across Power Platform, using data to assess coverage, quality, velocity, conversion, whitespace, and risk, and to focus resources on the opportunities with the greatest potential impact.
- Create practical seller guidance that makes the Power Platform portfolio easier to sell, including what to lead with, which customers and scenarios to prioritize, how to position the portfolio within a deal, and how to navigate common commercial and competitive barriers.
- Develop and operationalize portfolio-level sales plays that connect Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Work IQ, and related capabilities to priority customer needs and revenue opportunities.
- Build and run a regular business rhythm with sales, finance, business planning, and marketing leaders to review performance, surface risks, make tradeoffs, remove blockers, and maintain accountability for agreed actions.
- Partner with the channel and partner organization to define where partners can create pipeline, accelerate implementation and consumption, and scale repeatable Power Platform solutions and sales motions.
- Use seller feedback, deal patterns, customer insight, and business performance to influence product, packaging, licensing, enablement, investment, and go-to-market decisions.
- Create concise executive updates that clearly communicate performance, pipeline health, risks, opportunities, recommendations, and leadership asks.
- Lead cross-functional interventions to remove commercial friction, improve seller readiness, accelerate opportunities, and increase the return from Power Platform go-to-market investments.
In This Role, You Will
- Operate as the commercial owner for field execution and revenue acceleration across Power Platform.
- Stay close to sellers, deals, and performance data, moving quickly from diagnosis to action.
- Turn a broad portfolio and complex commercial model into a small number of clear field priorities.
- Balance long-term pipeline development with the urgency required to deliver in-quarter results.
- Build trusted relationships with sales leaders, sellers, go-to-market teams, finance, partners, and product stakeholders.
- Use data and judgment to challenge assumptions, make tradeoffs, and prioritize the actions most likely to improve revenue outcomes.
- Navigate ambiguity and create accountability across teams that do not report directly to you.
- Communicate simply and credibly with senior leaders, including clear recommendations, risks, decisions, and asks.
