Social Media Marketing Manager
DrHouse | Remote | Part-Time, Up to 25 Hours/Week
DrHouse is a growing U.S. telehealth company seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and own social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of our services.
You'll learn our business and audiences, bring campaign ideas, create content, manage engagement, and use performance data to improve results.
Your performance will be measured on three outcomes: growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion.
What You'll Own
- Channels: Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels.
- Campaigns & calendar: Develop social campaigns tied to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends. Build and maintain a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar.
- Content creation: Generate ideas and write hooks, captions, and post copy. Create everyday posts in Canva using templates, existing assets, carousels, user-generated content (UGC), and simple short-form video.
- UGC & creators: Help build our UGC and creator strategy, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
- Community engagement: Engage actively with relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences.
- Testing & reporting: Test ideas to increase reach, website traffic, and conversion. Track performance weekly, recommend what to scale, change, or stop, and flag top content for paid promotion.
Creative Support
You'll help set our social look and feel, including templates and content formats, and should be able to produce most everyday posts yourself in Canva. For advanced design, animation, or video editing, we may bring in additional creative support. You own the idea, direction, and day-to-day execution.
Healthcare Context
You should understand, or be willing to quickly learn, healthcare marketing rules, including patient privacy (HIPAA), appropriate health claims, and when to escalate content or comments. Some content will need compliance review before publishing.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience growing social accounts with results beyond follower counts, and running campaigns from idea to results.
- Excellent written English and strong social copywriting skills.
- Strong Canva skills, good visual judgment, and short-form video experience.
- Highly organized and comfortable reading performance data.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and with marketing and creative partners.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, with the judgment to avoid generic, AI-generated content.
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
Schedule
Up to 25 hours per week, with regular overlap with U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours. Expect close to 25 hours per week during the first several months while we build campaigns and processes.
To Apply
Please share a brief introduction and 2 to 3 examples of social content or campaigns you personally helped create.
Before your interview, please review DrHouse's website and social channels. Come prepared for a high-level conversation about our current social presence and how you would help us meet our growth and conversion goals. No formal presentation is required.
