You will integrate AI tools into your day-to-day workflow to streamline GTM execution, accelerate market research, draft customer-facing collateral, and scale GTM strategy. Our team is high profile and highly influential. This is a cross-functional role, and will work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, Engineering, Customer Service & Tech Support, Sales, and other internal teams throughout the discovery, delivery, and go-to-market process. You will ensure that appropriate multi-channel content, enablement tools, training, and messaging are developed to best position the product to both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and refine customer-centric product messaging, positioning, and value proposition designs tailored to merchant needs and buyer journeys.
- Conduct continuous market and competitive intelligence to track industry trends, analyze competitive dynamics, and uncover product positioning opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution and pilot programs, defining target personas and gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform feature improvements prior to launch.
- Collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and internal organizations using modern AI prompting techniques.
- Manage multi-channel product marketing activities and collateral for product launches, including app store assets, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, demo scripts, FAQs, and videos.
- Partner with Sales to create high-impact sales enablement tools, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and sell sheets that empower teams to win and retain business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain comprehensive support and training materials, including knowledge base articles.
- Champion the merchant and customer perspective to ensure a stable, secure, and seamless payment processing experience

- 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably within financial services, fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech-enabled B2B environments.
- Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Gemini, CoPilot, Perplexity) to accelerate research, draft high-quality content, automate repetitive tasks, and scale GTM initiatives efficiently.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and executing GTM campaigns in complex, matrixed environments.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Must be a creative product thinker who connects daily marketing execution back to business goals and product strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical payment capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives.
- Ability to navigate matrixed organizations, positively influence stakeholders, and align multi-departmental teams to keep GTM initiatives on schedule.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, merchant services, APIs, and payment infrastructure workflows.
- Working knowledge of agile marketing processes, with the ability to leverage automation and AI prompting to double output without sacrificing quality.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, staying ahead of evolving fintech and AI developments.
