Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Execution with Sales & Paid
- Work with Sales on lead handoff, MQL/SAL follow-up and regular pipeline reviews, so marketing-sourced leads move quickly and nothing falls through
- Work with the Paid Department to launch and improve campaigns: audience targeting, landing pages, offers and budget pacing, measured on pipeline outcomes, not just clicks and form fills
- Find where pipeline stalls (volume, conversion or velocity) and run tests to fix it
- Build and run nurture and lifecycle email programs that move MQLs toward sales conversations
Website & SEO
- Own the Foundation website: updates, new pages, landing pages and day-to-day maintenance in the CMS
- Own on-page and technical SEO for the site, service pages and landing pages, including keyword targeting, metadata, internal linking, schema, site speed, indexation and crawlability for both search engines and AI crawlers
- Improve the site’s conversion rate through testing forms, CTAs, page layout and offers
- Monitor site health and performance in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and fix issues proactively
- Work with the Content Manager where site SEO and editorial content overlap (for example, internal linking, page templates and topic overlap between service pages and articles)
- Campaigns, Programs & Go-to-Market Execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns tied to service launches, Industry moments and events, Thought leadership themes (collaborate with the Content Manager)
- Run webinars, podcasts, partnerships and sponsorships that drive MQLs and pre-sales conversations, covering logistics, promotion and follow-up
- Coordinate with Creative, Growth, Paid, Sales and Content so campaigns ship on time, on brand and as planned
- Apply Brand-to-Demand principles and Category Entry Points (CEPs) in targeting, landing pages, paid campaigns and sales materials
- Team Leadership & Delegation
- Coach and mentor the Marketing Coordinator: set goals, give regular feedback and build a development plan that grows them toward fully owning social
- Delegate execution with clear briefs, owners and deadlines, then hold the line on quality and timelines
- Work with the Creative Director to uphold creative quality standards on everything this role ships
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Own funnel reporting: MQL volume, MQL → SAL conversion, pipeline velocity, cost per SAL and marketing-influenced revenue
- Build and maintain dashboards (HubSpot preferred) that give leadership a clear, trusted view of performance
- Track performance across Paid media efficiency and pipeline contribution, Website traffic, conversion rate and organic/AI search visibility, Campaign, event and email engagement, Sales enablement asset usage
- Analyze results and bring the Head of Marketing clear insights and recommended next steps
- Keep consistent reporting cadences and documentation
Sales Enablement & Pre-Sales Support
- Act as a subject matter expert on Foundation’s services (SEO, GEO, Reddit, distribution, content) on second and third sales calls, building credibility, clarity and buyer confidence
- Support audits and proposals as a reviewer and quality partner, making sure they match Foundation’s positioning and the buyer’s needs
- Oversee production and upkeep of sales enablement assets: pitch decks, templates, one-pagers, service pages and supporting documentation for audits and proposals
- Make sure Sales always has current messaging, proof points, service positioning and case studies (case study production sits with the Content Manager)
- Build and maintain repeatable marketing and enablement systems: SOPs, templates and playbooks
- Capture patterns from sales conversations and buyer questions (objections, CEPs, decision dynamics) and share them with the Head of Marketing, Content Manager and Sales
