About the Role
Zenity is looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who understands agentic AI and cybersecurity and loves making complex technology clear, relevant, and compelling. You’ll help bring Zenity’s story to life, connecting the technical details of AI agent security to the decisions and business outcomes our customers care about.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating. You’re comfortable digging into a technical conversation with product and engineering, finding the story, and turning it into an article, a product demo, or a video people want to watch. You can speak credibly with security practitioners and explain the same idea clearly to a business leader.
This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Develop positioning and messaging that explain what Zenity does, who it helps, and why it matters. Connect product capabilities to specific customer problems and support the story with evidence.
- Create written content, including technical explainers, thought leadership, customer stories, solution briefs, and launch materials. Own work from the first idea through the finished piece.
- Bring the story to video through product walkthroughs, short explainers, interviews, and demos. Help shape the format, write the script, and present on camera.
- Build a deep understanding of Zenity’s products and the environments where customers deploy AI agents. Work closely with product, engineering, and security research to translate technical insights into useful content.
- Develop demos and use cases that show how the technology works and why it matters to an organization.
- Partner with sales to create presentations, competitive messaging, and practical answers to buyer questions.
- Help lead product launches, connecting new capabilities to a clear customer need and a consistent story across channels.
- Stay close to customers and developments in agentic AI and cybersecurity. Use those insights, along with content performance and sales feedback, to improve our messaging.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of overall professional experience across product marketing, technical marketing, product management, solutions engineering, or related roles, including meaningful ownership of product messaging and content.
- A focused body of work in AI over the past 3 to 4 years, with a strong understanding of generative AI and agentic systems.
- A solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including identity and access management, data protection, threat detection, and risk management. You understand the priorities of security teams and can connect technical risks to business consequences.
- Practical understanding of how AI agents use tools, access data, and take actions, and the security risks those behaviors introduce, including prompt injection, excessive permissions, and unintended data exposure.
- The ability to translate technical information into business terms while preserving the details that matter. You can explain a capability, its limitations, and its value to different audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with examples of content you personally created.
- Experience creating video content and enthusiasm for communicating on camera, demonstrating products, and trying new formats.
- The judgment and independence to set priorities, work with subject matter experts, and take projects through publication.
Experience marketing enterprise software to CISOs and security teams would be especially useful. Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents would also help you develop credible demos and ask better questions.
