Build Our Next Chapter
Sales & Marketing Manager | Cascade Fence & Deck
We’re approaching $20 million in annual revenue. We’re proud of that. But what gets us excited is what that growth could make possible for our people.
More opportunities to lead. More careers built here. More locations where a great team can do work they’re proud of.
We see a lot of potential ahead, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help turn it into something real.
There’s one condition: our culture comes first. Growth is only a success if Cascade continues to be a place where people want to work, customers feel taken care of, and we stand behind what we do.
There’s room here to make your mark.
We build fences, decks, and patio covers throughout the Portland metro and Southwest Washington area. We have a strong foundation, an established business, and our eyes on expansion.
Our next Sales & Marketing Manager will help shape how we get there.
You’ll work directly with ownership to develop our sales team, guide our marketing, and build the people and processes that can support future locations. Your ideas will have a place here, and you’ll be expected to turn them into action.
The kind of leader we’re looking for
-You get excited when someone you’ve coached starts succeeding on their own.
-You can challenge people, have an uncomfortable conversation, and still make it clear you’re in their corner.
-You believe good sales starts with listening, understanding the customer’s needs, and helping them make a confident decision. You want customers to feel good about their choice long after the contract is signed.
-You’re curious about what works. You’ll review the numbers, join a sales appointment, listen to feedback, and change course when the evidence calls for it.
-You have ambition for the business and for the people helping build it.
What you’ll help build
- A sales team that keeps getting better. Coach in the field, lead useful training, improve follow-up, and develop future leaders.
- Marketing that earns attention and trust. Help our team tell Cascade’s story, showcase our work, and bring in customers who value what we offer.
- A clear connection between effort and results. Understand where our best opportunities come from and help us spend our time and money wisely.
- A foundation for new locations. Build repeatable practices while making room for people to grow into greater responsibility.
- A customer experience we can stand behind. Work closely with operations so what we promise is what we deliver.
Bring your experience. Keep your curiosity.
You should have experience leading a sales team, improving performance, and making decisions about marketing. Be ready to share what you’ve built, what you’ve learned, and how you’ve helped other people succeed.
Experience in construction or home improvement is valuable. So are good judgment, humility, and the willingness to learn our business before deciding how to change it.
Why this opportunity?
Because there’s already something here worth building on, and plenty left to build.
You’ll have direct access to ownership, a meaningful voice in our direction, and the opportunity to see your work create new possibilities for others.
If you’ve ever wanted to look back at a business and say, “I helped build that, and I’m proud of how we did it,” we’d like to meet you.
Compensation and Benefits

- Company vehicle you can drive
- 100 percent employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for you AND your family
- PTO and paid holidays
- 401(k) opportunity
