Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings, revenue, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales calls, emails, networking, and local visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert opportunities into bookings.
• Promote hotel services, accommodation packages, group bookings, and special offers.
• Assist with digital marketing, social media promotions, and local advertising campaigns.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate rates, and coordinate contracts and group reservations.
• Research local events, market trends, competitors, and potential business partnerships.
• Coordinate with hotel management to develop strategies and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and regular performance reports.
