Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations professional to support the execution of our go-to-market strategy and help our sales organization operate effectively. This role will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Technical Go-to-Market, with responsibility for coordinating events, managing external agency relationships, supporting inbound campaigns, and developing sales and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who can take initiatives from concept through execution, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and translate technical capabilities into compelling materials that support customer conversations and business growth.

What You’ll Do

Events & Industry Engagement

  • Own the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and other sales-focused events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, sponsorships, booth requirements, collateral, demonstrations, and internal participation.
  • Partner with Sales and technical teams to establish event objectives, messaging, and follow-up plans.
  • Track event outcomes, leads, and follow-up activities to help measure effectiveness and ROI.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and other GTM vendors, ensuring partners have the information and direction needed to deliver high-quality work aligned with company priorities and brand standards.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals.

Inbound Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Coordinate inbound marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Support campaign development across email, digital content, landing pages, webinars, events, and other channels.
  • Partner with Sales to establish processes for lead capture, qualification, routing, and follow-up.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments based on engagement and lead-generation results.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Materials

  • Partner closely with Sales and the Technical Go-to-Market owner to develop materials that support customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, product materials, customer presentations, event collateral, and other sales enablement assets.
  • Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging and value propositions.
  • Maintain a centralized library of current sales and marketing materials and ensure teams are using approved, up-to-date content.
  • Gather feedback on gaps in existing materials and identify opportunities for new enablement resources.

About You

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, demand generation, sales enablement, or a related GTM role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating events, marketing campaigns, agencies, or external vendors.
  • Experience developing or coordinating sales enablement and customer-facing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, technical, product, and leadership teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently drive projects from concept through completion.
  • Experience working in a B2B technology, SaaS, IoT, security, telecommunications, or similarly technical environment is a plus.

What We Can Offer You

  • Full healthcare package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life, and AD&D insurance
  • 401(k) + 5% company match
  • Flexible paid time off policy
  • Onsite gym
