Given our continued growth, we have immediate roles available for an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Transition to Production and Product Support team for one of our product families. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills working under subject matter experts as you support the continued production of one of our advanced product lines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a great team to support cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.

Activities day to day will vary and may include:

• Working on the Mechanical Engineering team to support various products in the product line
• Perform mechanical engineering duties such as drawing reviews, tolerance analyses, and other mechanical analysis under the supervision of Mechanical leads and SMEs.
• Generate Change Orders (Cos) to resolve production design issues.
• Supporting product yield and affordability improvement initiatives.
• Supporting transition to production of new products
• Support
• Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree
• Experience with 3D Modeling
• Ability to research and apply mechanical engineering principles and theories to solve mechanical engineering problems
• Ability to support products from their transition to production through sustainment
• Ability to multi-task and utilize resources on your team to solve issues in a dynamic environment
• Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and ability to effectively work in a team environment
• Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
• Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner - Own the Design
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED
• 1+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in packaging of electronics
• Experience working with RF systems
• Experience with CREO Parametric

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
