It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.
We are currently looking for a Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide onsite services for Warren County Jail in Lake George, NY.
This is an 8 hour per week position (one full day) onsite. additional hours available if interested in adding another facility in the area.

- Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. Hourly rate $70-80 per hour

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certified in Psychiatric Mental Health.
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
- Maintain current DEA license.
- Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
- Maintain current Driver’s License.
