We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Communicate with prospective clients by telephone, email, and other approved communication methods. Conduct initial client intakes and gather relevant information regarding potential personal injury claims.

We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients by telephone, email, and other approved communication methods.
- Conduct initial client intakes and gather relevant information regarding potential personal injury claims.
- Obtain client contact information, accident or incident details, insurance information, medical treatment information, and other information necessary to complete the intake process.
- Assist with screening prospective claims according to established Firm procedures and attorney guidelines.
- Accurately enter and maintain prospective and new client information in the Firm’s case management system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding outstanding information, documents, or next steps.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous legal experience, preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in stressful environments
- Fluent - English and Spanish
